Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LaChance Creatives LLC (“I”, “me”) collects through this website and the design subscription, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: I collect only what I need to do your work and bill for it, and I never sell it.

1. When you visit this website

• No cookies, analytics or ad trackers. This site does not use them.
• Session storage. Your browser remembers that you have seen the opening animation for the current browsing session, so it does not play on every page load. This stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
• Server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

2. When you become a client

• Checkout and billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, billing details and payment method. I can see your name, email and payment status. I never see or store your full card or bank account numbers.
• Your request board. Requests, files and comments you and your team add to your board are stored with Trello (Atlassian).
• Email. Messages you send to hello@lachancecreatives.com, and the files attached to them, are stored in Google Workspace.
• Intro calls. If you book a call, Google Calendar stores the details you enter when booking.
• Your materials. Brand assets, copy and other files you share are used only to design your requests.

3. How I use it

• To deliver the subscription: designing requests, running your board and answering your messages.
• To bill you, send receipts and manage pauses, cancellations and refunds.
• To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.
• To tell you about changes to the service or these policies.

I do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to market to you beyond the service you signed up for.

4. Services that process data for me

Stripe (payments), Trello (request boards), Google Workspace (email, files and calendar) and Vercel (website hosting). Each has its own privacy policy and handles data only to provide its service. Parts of my design workflow use AI-assisted tools; I do not put your confidential materials into tools that publish or share them.

5. How long I keep it

Client and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active, and then for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Request board content and files can be deleted when your subscription ends; just ask.

6. Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email hello@lachancecreatives.com and I will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law. I will honor them.

7. Security

Access to client information is limited to me and protected by two-factor login on the services above. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, I will tell you promptly.

8. Children

This service is for businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, I will update the date at the top and email active clients.
